What does a typical 1:1 coaching session look like?
Our 1:1 sessions are truly custom-tailored to your unique needs, going far beyond just conducting technique. Drawing on my deep, real-world background, we tackle your current projects and challenges head-on. This could involve anything from:

How much time should I commit outside of our sessions?
To maximize your results, dedicating consistent practice and reflection time between sessions is crucial. This is where you apply the insights and solidify new skills. The more you put in, the more you gain.
Are you only online? Do you ever work in person?
My core 1:1 coaching is primarily online for maximum flexibility, allowing clients worldwide to access expert guidance. However, I also host exclusive in-person conducting workshops in NYC once a quarter with live players, subject to availability.
